SPACE-S a new neighborhood in Eindhoven (NL). It provides 402 apartments. From the beginning of the project the residents gave direction to what the neighborhood and homes were going to be like and how they would live together. This resulted in a wide variety of homes: apartments, lofts, living and working combinations, rooms and studios for students and residential housing.

There are also many common facilities for residents like courtyards, roof gardens, a neighboring house and joint washing machines. As a preferred supplier of GREENPROOF, Nophadrain supplied the Intensive Green Roof System for the Space-S project in Eindhoven.
