“The most beautiful district in Eindhoven,” say the residents themselves. A popular residential area from the 1930s, but also a district in which new buildings are rare. So far. Because the Vonderkwartier and the adjacent Philipsdorp are being expanded at two locations: with De Gebroeders, consisting of De Lodewijk and De Willem. The two projects are almost next to each other. These names are a direct reference to the locations of both projects. The buildings are located on the corner of Lodewijk Napoleonlaan and Willemstraat. Lots of facilities nearby, within walking distance of Eindhoven city center.

The two buildings each have a different design, but are still one in appearance. Not only in terms of architecture, but also in height. The recognizable design goes hand in hand with a sustainable design, also with regard to energy consumption. And parking is available for residents of both buildings on the ground floor or in a semi-sunken parking basement. The sustainable execution is a crucial aspect of this project.
