The sliding position of the ring, together with the selected height of the ND WSE Water Retention Element (50 mm, 65 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm and 150 mm), determines the relevant drainage value. This ensures that the temporarily accumulated water is drained according to the hydraulic requirements of the water retention roof. The water flow can be freely adjusted in 27 levels between 0.09 l/s and 3.08 l/s – depending on the desired stowage height.
The ND AFC-100 Adjustable Flow Control is equipped with a mechanical flange. The sealing sleeve can therefore be manufactured on site from the same sealing material; adapted to local conditions; and are attached (glued or welded) to the waterproofing membrane.
